Shipping and Refund Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in originalproduct packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Additional Information:
- It takes 3 to 7 days to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit.
- All shipping fees out of Spain have a specific cost added to initial product cost. - Custom cost to countries out of the EU zone, are buyer’s responsibility.
- Any return restocking fees are buyer's responsibility and may vary from destination.
- Damaged returns from buyers, are not accepted for refund. If the product is lost or damaged due to carrier circumstances, seller will refund buyer.
- If you have purchased a product or a service online or outside of a commercial - establishment (by phone, by mail, or from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel and return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification.
- In the event of contract withdrawal by the consumer, the merchant must refund all payments received from the consumer.
