If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! You have 14 days from the purchase date to request a free return.
Return options:
- You can choose from:
- Store credit
- Exchange for another product
- Refund to the original payment method
Exceptions to the return policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use.
How to request a return?
- Reply to your order confirmation email specifying which items you wish to return.
- You’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Send the package back using the provided label.
Additional information:
- Refunds, exchanges, or store credits may take 3 to 7 days to process.
- International shipping fees apply to orders outside Spain.
- Customs fees for non-EU countries are the buyer’s responsibility.
- A restocking fee may apply in some cases.
- We do not accept returns of items damaged by the buyer. If the product is lost or damaged due to the carrier, the seller will process the refund.
If you purchased a product online or outside a physical store, you have the right to return it within 14 days without any justification.
