These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern purchases made through danniro.com (the “Website”).

By placing an order through the Website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “Danni Ro”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NDR DESIGNS S.L.

2. Products

Danni Ro offers fashion, accessories, jewellery and related products through the Website.

We make every effort to display our products, colours, materials and finishes as accurately as possible. However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your screen or device.

Some of our products are handcrafted or made using natural materials. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, finish or other characteristics may occur. These variations are part of the nature of the product and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product information, availability and prices may be updated from time to time.

3. Prices & currencies

Product prices are displayed according to the market and destination selected on the Website and may be shown in EUR, GBP or USD.

Prices may vary between markets due to differences in taxes, duties, shipping structures, currency and local market conditions.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout at the time you place your order.

Where applicable, VAT or other taxes included in the sale price will be reflected according to the destination of the order.

4. Placing an order

To place an order, select the product or products you wish to purchase, add them to your shopping bag and follow the checkout process.

Before completing your purchase, you will have the opportunity to review your order, delivery information and total price.

By completing the checkout process and submitting payment, you are placing an order with Danni Ro.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please review your order confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible at info@danniro.com if you notice any incorrect information.

5. Order acceptance & availability

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Danni Ro.

Receiving an automated order confirmation does not prevent us from cancelling or refunding an order in exceptional circumstances, including where:

a product is unexpectedly unavailable;
there is an evident error in the product description or price;
payment cannot be successfully authorised;
we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

If we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order after payment has been received, we will contact you and issue the corresponding refund.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, currency and device.

Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment providers. Danni Ro does not store your complete credit or debit card details.

Payment is taken when your order is confirmed.

7. Shipping & delivery

Orders are shipped to the destinations available through the Website.

Shipping costs and available delivery options depend on the destination and, where applicable, parcel weight. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, product availability, customs clearance and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email whenever tracking is available.

It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate delivery information when placing your order.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery details.

8. Customs & import duties

Orders delivered outside the European Union, including orders to the United Kingdom, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Danni Ro does not determine these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs authority if you require further information before placing your order.

9. Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Returned products must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original tags, packaging and accessories included.

To request a return, contact us at info@danniro.com or reply to your order confirmation email, indicating your order number and the item or items you wish to return.

We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Unless otherwise indicated or required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Right of withdrawal

Consumers who purchase online and are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day on which they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, receive the goods, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Danni Ro of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

Your communication must clearly state your decision to withdraw from the purchase and should include sufficient information to identify your order.

After notifying us, the products must be returned in accordance with the return instructions provided by Danni Ro and within the period established by applicable law.

Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, we will reimburse the payments received for the returned products, together with any standard outbound delivery costs where required by applicable consumer legislation.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

11. Personalised & made-to-order products

Some Danni Ro products may be made to order, produced on request or personalised.

Where a product is made according to your individual specifications or is clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply, as permitted by applicable consumer legislation.

Where this exception applies, we will indicate it on the relevant product page or during the purchasing process.

A product being described as made-to-order does not automatically mean that the right of withdrawal is excluded. The exception will only apply where the nature or level of customisation of the product meets the applicable legal requirements.

This does not affect your rights where a personalised or made-to-order product is faulty, damaged or does not conform to your order.

12. Refunds

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return has been accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

We generally process accepted returns within 3–7 business days after they reach us. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Any refund rights provided by mandatory consumer legislation remain unaffected.

13. Exchanges & store credit

Where available, you may request an exchange for another product, size or colour, or request store credit.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, store credit or refund as appropriate.

Any shipping costs applicable to an exchange will be communicated before the replacement item is sent.

14. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@danniro.com as soon as reasonably possible and include your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights regarding products that are faulty or do not conform to the contract.

15. Legal guarantee

Products sold by Danni Ro are covered by the statutory legal guarantee applicable to consumer goods.

Where a product does not conform to the sales contract, consumers are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable consumer legislation, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, depending on the circumstances and legal requirements.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care or damage resulting from use contrary to the product's care instructions are not considered a lack of conformity attributable to Danni Ro.

16. Promotions & discount codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions communicated at the time of the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The fact that a product has been purchased at a discounted or promotional price does not, by itself, affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.

All content available on the Website, including the Danni Ro name and trademarks, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, texts, logos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Danni Ro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate and up to date.

However, typographical errors, technical errors or inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

Where an evident error affects an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to provide the correct information and, where appropriate, give you the option to confirm or cancel the affected order.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any mandatory rights granted to consumers.

To the extent permitted by law, Danni Ro will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control or for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the sales contract was concluded.

22. Applicable law & jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

If you are acting as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory protection granted to you under the laws of the country in which you habitually reside where such protection applies.

Any dispute arising in connection with a purchase will be subject to the courts and authorities determined by applicable consumer and procedural legislation.
